1.  Develop and expand the dealer and showroom network across Rangpur Division.

2.  Identify potential markets and appoint new dealers and sub-dealers.

3.  Manage relationships with existing dealers and ensure business growth.

4.  Monitor area-wise sales, retail, and billing targets vs achievement.

5.  Support dealers with sales planning, promotional activities, and local marketing initiatives.

6.  Conduct regular market visits, dealer visits, and competitor analysis.

7.  Ensure proper brand visibility, showroom standards, and product availability.

8.  Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and network expansion updates to management.
