- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the corporate market, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, conducting thorough market research to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of 2W/3W products and services.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales initiatives.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
