Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 35 years
Experience in creating macros, Excel Add-Ins, COM Add-Ins and automation scripts using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is highly desirable.
Proven experience as an Excel power user and advanced Excel proficiency.
Expertise in Excel functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and nested formulas.
Strong understanding of pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting and other Excel features.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal for internal and external correspondence.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Production planning and scheduling by utilizing advanced features of Microsoft Excel to support various buyers` demands.
Develop complex Excel spreadsheets, templates and models to analyze data and support decision-making processes.
Capacity planning and coordination with the production team.
Design and generate reports, graphs and dashboards to visualize KPI/OKI.
Documentations.
