Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day textile production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards.
Coordinate with planning, production, and quality control teams.
Monitor machine efficiency, process flow, and productivity.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding production status.
