Experience in the garments/textile industry.
Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
Basic Cyber Security Knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with buyers regarding orders, samples, and production updates.
Follow up on order execution from development to shipment.
Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order sheets, and related documentation.
Monitor production status and update buyers on a regular basis.
Assist in sample development, costing, and material follow-up.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company procedures.
Support senior merchandising team members in achieving departmental goals.
