Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage Sample & CAD Department
Oversee pattern development, grading, and marker making using GEMINI & GERBER
Ensure timely development of proto, fit, size set & PP samples
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Cutting & QA teams
Ensure fit accuracy, fabric consumption control, and marker efficiency
Resolve pattern, fit, and technical issues during sampling & production
Maintain proper CAD, pattern & sample documentation
Ensure compliance with buyer quality and factory SOP
Communicate with the customer and the relevant department
