Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Support organizational and staff management through effective office administration.
Maintain payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
To handle the Recruitment & Selection Process within due time for the right position by the right man.
Driven the HR Strategy & HR road map for the business unit that aligns with the overall organizational strategy.
Identify & initiate a business-wide manpower planning exercise to budget and plan.
Performance Management philosophy & build a culture of timely goal setting, reviews, feedback, and salary increments.
Review and monitor key HR metrics for the business to understand the efficiency of HR policies & processes and take corrective actions, if required.
KPI setting & responsible for driving all the employee engagement activities in the business
Conduct all exit interviews for employees who have separated from the business.
Maintain discipline and the chain of command within the organization.
