Responsibilities & Context:

Develop Corporate Sales Strategies

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the corporate client base.

Client Acquisition and Business Development

  • Identify potential corporate clients, pitch products/services, and establish long-term business relationships.

Account Management

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and present performance reports to management.

Negotiation and Deal Closure

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements and project execution.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.

Corporate Events and Networking

  • Represent the company in corporate events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Team Support and Training

  • Support sales executives, provide guidance, and assist in training to achieve departmental goals.

Performance Monitoring and Compliance

  • Track sales performance against KPIs, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
