Education:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

PGD in HRM will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.

  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

  • Support organizational and staff management through effective office administration.

  • Maintain payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • To handle the Recruitment & Selection Process within due time for the right position by the right man.

  • Driven the HR Strategy & HR road map for the business unit that aligns with the overall organizational strategy.

  • Identify & initiate a business-wide manpower planning exercise to budget and plan.

  • Performance Management philosophy & build a culture of timely goal setting, reviews, feedback, and salary increments.

  • Review and monitor key HR metrics for the business to understand the efficiency of HR policies & processes and take corrective actions, if required.

  • KPI setting & responsible for driving all the employee engagement activities in the business

  • Conduct all exit interviews for employees who have separated from the business.

  • Maintain discipline and the chain of command within the organization.
