Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA/BBA in HRM from a reputed public or private university.
  • PGDHRM will be preferable.

Skills Required: Good Knowledge in MS Office and G Suite

  • Must have experience in maintaining liaison with Govt officials.       
  • 6 to 8 years of work experience in Factory/Plant Administration.        
  • Good knowledge in MS Office·      
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with top management.        
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.    
  • Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.       
  • Ability to work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Administration department.

  • Stay up to date on existing and proposed legislation; liaise with local, state, and federal government officials and lobbyists; and update management on relevant certifications, laws, and regulations.

  • Prepare monthly attendance sheet for salary processing of all employees and monitoring their attendance, leave management & overtime management.

  • Assist overall plant security and monitor CC cameras and keep those functional.

  • Prepare different types of bills, like monthly lunch bill, monthly refreshment bill, night allowance bill, cash payment bill, check daily labour card & attendance, also cross check monthly daily labour bill provided by contractor.

  • Ensure the requirements of office stationery, administrative budget, daily refreshment & guest management.

  • Assist proper housekeeping, monitor daily checklist of toilets & housekeeping, also monitor monthly housekeeping calendar cleanliness and beautification within plant premises and monitor canteen facilities.

  • Monitor scrap yard & wastage items selling activity.

  • Contact daily labour suppliers while required any new daily labour’s,

  • Prepare daily administrative activity report.

  • Drive & ensure employee engagement initiatives, like: Annual iftar party, annual picnic etc.

  • Maintenance office vehicle & keeping proper movement records.
