Additional Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in operations, projects, or plant engineering.
- Prior exposure to LPG, oil & gas, or industrial operations will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Sound knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support plant and terminal operations through monitoring, reporting, and follow-up.
Assist in project execution, data collection, and preparation of technical reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (SCM, Maintenance, Technical, Safety) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain operational records, data analysis, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI).
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
Maintain and update ERP entries related to operations (materials, production, stock).
Support compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Document and follow up on operational decisions, prepare presentations, and support meetings.
Perform AutoCAD drafting for plant layout, modification, or small project support.
