Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training sessions based on the yearly training calendar to meet buyer audit requirements.
∎ Develop training modules for workers as per management decisions and audit requirements.
∎ Conduct orientation programs for new workers, staff, and executives.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all training-related processes.
∎ Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) programs when required.
∎ Foster employee well-being by providing targeted support to enhance motivation and performance.
∎ Manage the end-to-end internship program with proper coordination and documentation.
∎ Organize and keep training documentation organized and up-to-date.
∎ Conduct health and safety campaigns.
∎ Facilitate training and industrial visit arrangements as needed and maintain records.
∎ Provide comprehensive logistical support for training sessions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions and developing training modules.
∎ Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with buyer audit requirements and compliance.
∎ Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
∎ Ability to analyze Training Needs and develop appropriate programs.
∎ Knowledge of employee well-being and motivation techniques.
∎ Proficiency in maintaining accurate training documentation.
∎ Familiarity with health and safety regulations and campaigns.
∎ Strong logistical coordination skills for training sessions and industrial visits.
