• Should have knowledge in Social Audit, Environmental Audit and all products certificate audit.

• Sound knowledge in Energy data.

• Sound knowledge of labor law.

• Good team player, dynamic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.

• Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

He/She must have to be honest, sincere, reliable, responsible and does have Interpersonal Skill, Organization Skill & happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette.

• Support the development and execution of the company’s sustainability goals, action plans, and KPIs.

• Coordinate sustainability programs aligned with national and international standards (e.g., SDGs, UNGC, Higg Index, etc.).

• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., ETP, air emissions, waste management).

• Assist in conducting internal environmental audits and coordinate third-party audits as required.

• Work closely with HR and compliance teams to support social and labor standards (e.g., health and safety, child labor prevention).

• Engage with internal departments, buyers, and NGOs on sustainability-related initiatives and partnerships.

• Collect and analyze sustainability performance data from various departments (e.g., energy, water, waste, labor welfare).

• Prepare monthly/quarterly sustainability reports for internal use and external stakeholders including brands.

• Organize and conduct training sessions on sustainability topics for employees at different levels.

• Promote a sustainability culture throughout the organization via campaigns, workshops, and awareness materials.

• Assist in maintaining sustainability-related certifications such as BSCI, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, LEED, ZDHC, etc.

• Support preparation and documentation for external sustainability audits and brand assessments.

• Coordinate factory-level projects such as renewable energy adoption, water recycling, energy efficiency upgrades, etc.

• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely execution of assigned sustainability projects.

• Stay updated on global trends, buyer expectations, and innovations in sustainable manufacturing.

• Propose new ideas and practices to enhance environmental and social sustainability in operations.
