Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, coordinates, lead QA & QC functions and the monitoring of Food Safety and Quality Systems consistent with established standards.
∎ To make analytical method and different standard of production in terms of quality.
∎ Implement & coordinate QMS, FSMS throughout the process integrated with HACCP conducting gap analysis, risk assessment & management and participate in document upgrading activities.
∎ Maintain the operations of the Laboratory including scheduling of required analytical test, calibration and trials.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and trends, assessing problems and monitoring effectiveness, reporting MIS.
∎ Ensure the evaluation of deviation and OOS, system failure, complaints management and conducting root cause analysis, suggesting CAPA, reviewing status.
∎ Approval / rejection of all lots/batches, packaging components, intermediates and finished product are being done according to the standard.
∎ Prepare the Annual Product Review and is responsible for its approval from Management.
∎ Ensure that reserve samples are properly collected, stored and inspected as required.
∎ Prepare schedule for internal audit and ensure adherence to the schedule.
∎ Compiling of MIS data, monitoring KPIs, nRFT data and shall prepare corrective and preventive action to address the same
∎ Scheduling pickup of market samples, and executes the analyses of the same and document results.
∎ Implementation of pest management program and ensuring its effectiveness
∎ Role as Food Safety Team Leader, provide necessary support to food safety team and ensure proper implementation of ISO 22000 requirements at site.
∎ Ensure that stores are following FIFO for components and FEFO for bulk product.
∎ Investigation of Deviation, near miss, conducting RCA and recommendation of corrective action along with the team.
∎ Ensure GMP compliance, cleanliness, personnel hygiene & sanitation of the plant. Ensure effective monitoring of the hygienic conditions by taking equipment and hand swabs and also monitors the air and water quality for bio load.
∎ Shall be responsible for area line clearance activities at the Start of the packing, during changeover, hold ups, suspended operations and during any trials.
∎ Direct responsibility for availability and calibration of inspection and testing equipment and chemical reagents.
∎ To ensure the quality improvement projects are implemented at site for continuous improvement.
∎ Prepare department annual budget and ensure that department is complying within agreed budget.
∎ Carryout the skill GAP analysis of production team and conduct the training in conjunction with HR department to ensure steady product quality.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in GMP, GLP, QMS, HACCP, ISO 22000 & EHS.
∎ Thorough knowledge of QA monitoring, auditing, and inspection protocols and system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in an edible oil industry in the similar position.
Salary: Tk. 31000 - 35000 (Monthly)
