Responsibilities & Context:
Translating the Policy into an effective Food Safety Management & Quality Management System
Verify that approved quality system procedures are implemented, and where necessary, complementary procedures are raised, updated, and controlled
Coordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits. Develop and maintain all manuals, forms & other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards
Assist in implementing ISO standards (ISO 22000: 2018 & ISO 9001:2015)
Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015)
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes & Review ISO corrective actions / preventative actions (CAPAs)
To make sure, non-conformities, all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate non-conformity log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party
Taking minutes and producing a report for the management review meetings
Prepare the internal audit plan
Conduct the audit activities with competence and integrity
Conduct audit follow-up
Any task assigned by supervisor
