Quality Control/ Audit

Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translating the Policy into an effective Food Safety Management & Quality Management System.
∎ Verify that approved quality system procedures are implemented, and where necessary, complementary procedures are raised, updated, and controlled.
∎ Coordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits. Develop and maintain all manuals, forms & other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards.
∎ Assist in implementing ISO standards (ISO 22000: 2018 & ISO 9001:2015).
∎ Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015)
∎ Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
∎ Ensure corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes & Review ISO corrective actions / preventative actions (CAPAs).
∎ To make sure, non-conformities, all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate non-conformity log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party.
∎ Taking minutes and producing a report for the management review meetings.
∎ Prepare the internal audit plan.
∎ Conduct the audit activities with competence and integrity.
∎ Conduct audit follow-up.
∎ Any task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc).
