Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electro Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of daily blending operations as per weekly Blending & Filling plan
∎ Ensure that products are blended as per formulation within schedule time. Monitor the ILB HMI screen during operation to ensure the products are blended in right way as per recipe.
∎ Safeguard blended products are within specification from first time sample.
∎ Ensure to operate the ILB automation system through HMI screen correctly as guided
∎ Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment at blending side. Confirm a preventive maintenance program is in place for ILB in association of E & M team.
∎ Keep updated all production data, equipment related data and other such records which will assist in improving line efficiency
∎ Keep update the inventory records for all raw materials as well as all records related to operation as per guideline in compliance with MJLBL 3PIMS & ISO 9001:2015. Ensure housekeeping of the working premises
∎ Receiving base stocks from ship and the flexi bag.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6-8 years practical experience in relevant area as well as working experience in automation (SCADA system preferably in SIMATIC S7-400).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Proven working experience in similar role
∎ In-depth understanding of SAP
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
∎ A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Excellent communication skill with attention to detail
