∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial and Production Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting the company's overall objective by attaining a predetermined volumetric target.
∎ Establishing dominance over competitors by assisting industrial customers in promoting the use of quality Mobil lubricants within and beyond the assigned territory.
∎ Conducting a comprehensive analysis of competitor strategy, behavior, and performance, including product performance for each segment, to prepare counter-strategy reports.
∎ Enhancing sales and service by pursuing potential customers for up-selling and improving service.
∎ Supporting the Sales Team with technical issues and organizing training, lube clinics, and inspections for potential industries.
∎ Hosting technical seminars annually for customers to demonstrate the benefits of products with the assistance of the technical team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in computer applications.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to think strategically, work well in a team, possess strong analytical skills, and possess technical expertise.
∎ Thorough comprehension of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
∎ Openness to travel nationwide and maintain a professional demeanor.
