Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and Monitoring project activities and implementing corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings with respective consultants.
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors.
∎ Prepare project work schedule and time plan.
∎ Estimate materials as per drawing in accordance with the project budget.
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule.
∎ Receive materials and verify them according to standard quality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8-12 years of working experience
∎ Proven working experience in a similar role.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skills.
