Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or equivalent degree from a reputed public or private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product delivery following the FIFO method, issuance of delivery-related documents
∎ Safeguard timely and flawless execution of Sales Documentation.
∎ Attend to various queries from customers relating to sales promotion, product availability, price confirmation, delivery information, etc.
∎ Assist in regular warehouse operations and reporting
∎ Will be responsible for the Preparation and Reconciliation of the Delivery Statement of the Warehouse
∎ Drive customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross-functional interfaces with sales, supply chain, logistics, etc.
∎ Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding of their business, and service needs, and leverage this to be a trusted advisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in ERP & SAP implementation
∎ Adequate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Office applications

Salary: Negotiable
