Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the preventive maintenance of Grease, VI & XFR Oil Plant as per plan.
∎ Supervise the Operation & Maintenance of the Steam Boiler & Water Treatment Plant, Pneumatic/ Electro-Pneumatic, Electro-Mechanical components
∎ Prepare documents and keep Records of the maintenance work to assist the head of the department in the implementation of the WIM / SOP / Work Permits etc.
∎ Manage Inventory of spare parts which are necessary for Grease, VI & XFR Oil Plant Equipment.
∎ Supervise and prepare design drawings, BOQ of project expansion, modification, etc.
∎ Achieve continual improvement by evaluating performance, taking corrective actions, and measuring progress.
∎ Any other responsibilities as instructed by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in ERP & SAP implementation
∎ Adequate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Office applications
∎ 7-12 Years of Maintenance Work Experience in a Large High-tech industry with Automatic / Semi-Automatic Production Machinery.
