Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Any kinds of plastic factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of plant and other machinery as per best operation procedure.
∎ Ensure quality of products (Weight, Thickness, Length, etc) as per specification or checklist.
∎ Find out the near future break down of different parts & machinery and coordinate with maintenance team to take necessary steps.
∎ Ensure cost control, rejection/wastage control and Implement cost-optimization initiatives.
∎ Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/monthly production report.
∎ Production planning as well as manpower arrangement as per distribution demand availability.
∎ Train up the operators to achieve multi skill in operation.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, sales distribution.
∎ Coordination with other departments specially maintenance department regarding machine breakdown, schedule maintenance & troubleshooting etc.
∎ Ensure the quality of finish products.
∎ Ensure a clean and safety working environment, compliance with health and safety legislation for personnel safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ Have excellent presentation skill.
∎ Have continuous learning attitude.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
Salary: Negotiable
