Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with overseas office and understand latest product designs, color scheme and fabric qualities those are going to be used in coming seasons.
∎ Send request to pattern making department for developing patterns for new designs.
∎ Prepare material requirement sheet and get sourcing done of required trims and accessories from local and imported suppliers.
∎ Arrange detailed trim card for sample room.
∎ Responsible for quality standards of sourced material.
∎ Work with logistic team to track fabric inhouse, maintain fabric inventory.
∎ Get approvals of Lab dips, directly from buyers or from buying office
∎ Maintain sampling files with fabric qualities and important mails.
∎ Explain sampling master about the design and buyer's requirement mentioned in spec sheet.
∎ Handover sampling request to sample room. Responsible for on time completion of sample with in due date.
∎ Responsible for overall sample quality, wash aesthetic.
∎ Conduct product and fabric testing with inhouse / 3rd party labs.
∎ Merchants send samples to buyers for approvals on each stage of development and download buyer's comments to sampling team and pattern master
∎ Check finished sample and arrange to send the samples to the buyer with appropriate tags and cover notes.
∎ Work and negotiate with cross functional teams to arrange sharp consumptions, SMVs, Wash cost, locally procured material pricing.
∎ Timely and clear communication with overseas and local office.
∎ Maintain master sampling plan.
