Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Industrial Production Engineering (IPE)
∎ Skills Required: Must have working experience in OPEX department.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishment of the Operational Excellence OPEX Lean Continuous Improvement Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution.
∎ Provides guidance and applies technical knowledge to provide support on more complex Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
∎ Must take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory by ensure proper raw material consumption.
∎ To maintain and works on wastage minimization and to reduce major defect of products to improve quality.
∎ Implement Operational Excellence Road Map across the plant, assists in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Introduce TPM for effective maintenance and focuses on keeping all equipment in top condition to avoid breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes.
∎ Lead the functional Operational Excellence team and program by actively networking with peers from the community and promote the culture of sharing best practices.
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be expert on Microsoft Product and Power BI

Salary: Negotiable
