Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other relevant software.
  • In-depth expertise in Yarn/ dyeing/Knitting and finishing within the textile industry, as well as modern warehouse and supply chain management.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, often with tight deadlines, within the MCD department.
  • Expertise in modern warehouse organization, labor handling, and implementing warehouse systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement procedures for safe chemical handling to prevent incidents.
  • Specialized knowledge in handling both hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals within the warehouse.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking highly experienced and skilled candidates with a background in textile factory operations for the MCD department. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all raw material activities during unloading.

  • Special monitoring of accessories and hazardous chemicals during unloading, ensuring proper handling.

  • Ensuring proper unloading procedures to avoid chemical spills, and verifying that all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available.

  • Monitoring the availability of bonded clips on all flammable chemical drums, especially during storms and thunder.

  • Ensuring finished goods are loaded into vans properly and confirming the security tally is accurate with roll numbers.

  • Verifying that all export documents are accurate and complete before goods are loaded, and monitoring the proper check-in/check-out procedures for export vans.

  • Overseeing all spare parts, including mechanical and electrical components.

  • Monitoring all welfare items and printing stationery.

  • Checking and verifying all Goods Receiving Advices (GRA), Material Receiving Reports (MRR), customer bills, and Delivery Challans.

  • Coordinating with the production, planning, maintenance, sales, and commercial departments.

  • Performing any other tasks assigned by superior management.
