Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to support the organizational mission, vision and goals.
∎ Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization. (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
∎ Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
∎ Build an external talent pipeline by identifying a pool of potential candidates in the market for future requirements.
∎ Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
∎ Ensure using appropriate assessment tools and processes for different types of hires.
∎ Coordinating with management for forecasting the future staffing needs.
∎ Researching and selecting suitable options for job advertising.
∎ Keeping track of all recruiting metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire, time-to-hire)
∎ Develop strategies and programs to attract talent and increase the presence of SEBL DX Group as a preferred employer nationally and internationally.
∎ Ensure a positive experience for the candidates by ensuring effective communications during the recruitment.
∎ Build a talent pool for all key positions through interviews for future needs.
∎ Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Must have prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager or a similar senior role.
∎ Experience in managing high volume recruiting environment (Distribution, Trade Marketing, Constriction, Service etc.)
∎ Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
∎ Sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
∎ Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written
∎ Exceptional leadership, team-management and decision-making abilities
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and accountable for responsibility.
