Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect raw material, packaging material, finished product as well as on-line quality parameters.
∎ Ensure production follows defined standard operating procedures. Full compliance with recipe & process parameters.
∎ Formulate, improve, and review specifications and procedures for products or processes.
∎ Train the production team on quality control measures to improve product quality.
∎ Verify all equipment is calibrated correctly. Ensure measurement equipment operates properly by following calibration requirements and follow-up for repairments when needed.
∎ Determining the causes of product defects, reworks & customer complaints.
∎ Enforce policy and procedures related to GMP and HACCP.
∎ Propose improvements to the production process.
∎ Collect and compile statistical quality data. Record inspection results, summarizing re-works, wastes, and data input into a quality database.
∎ Oversee product development activities.
∎ Coordinate with manufacturer management to ensure onetime delivery of the right products
∎ Daily reporting & document control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in QC Production (Dry Food)
∎ In-depth knowledge of food & Beverage ingredients (Raw & Finish Food).
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and Tally.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills and prioritizing tasks
∎ Talent in negotiations and production floor staff
Salary: Negotiable
