Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Production Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure standardized operation of machinery and equipment to maintain a consistent workflow and on-time deliveries.
∎ Coordination between company and manufacturing site.
∎ Planning for production campaigns.
∎ Delivery of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing sites.
∎ Estimating costs and preparing budgets.
∎ Monitor production to resolve issues.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production process.
∎ Coordinate maintenance work, spare purchase etc.
∎ Ensure final product meets quality standards.
∎ Enforce policy and procedures related to GMP and HACCP.
∎ Work closely with management and program engineers to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop programming and implementation resolutions.
∎ Daily reporting & document control.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in Food Production (Dry Food-Biscuit, Cake, Chocolate)
∎ In-depth knowledge of food & Beverage ingredients (Raw, Packaging, On-line, Finish Food).
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and Tally.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills and prioritizing tasks
∎ Talent in negotiations and production floor staff
