∎ We are seeking an experienced and innovative SCM leader with exceptional business management skills, significant leadership experience and a passion for turning around things for growth. He will be responsible to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing Demand Planning, Inventory Turnover and Control / Stock Count / Cycle Counting, Material Movement and Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis, Maintain Stock Re-order Level / Safety Stock, Market Intelligence & Cost Savings. (Global & Local Purchase) for concern unit.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of manufacturing raw materials to successfully manage a highly fluctuating market demand.
∎ Supply Chain strategy development & monitor COGS/overhead expenses.
∎ Policy and procedure development for Supply Chain Operation.
∎ Lead and manage the Supply Chain team.
∎ Monitor overall performance to make sure targets are being met.
∎ Reviewing & evaluating CS to issuing work orders.
∎ Negotiating with Supplier and finalizing the imported items for final approval.
∎ Checking and finalizing every contract to comply the International Standard.
∎ Plan the best way to get goods from suppliers.
∎ Negotiated long term agreements, maintained competitive pricing. - Establish ordering system of materials by following EOQ (Economy Order Quantity) considering lead time, MOQ (Minimum Oder Quantity) and last three months' consumption.
∎ Procurement Comparative statement analysis & Synchronization of supply against demand.
∎ Responsible for developing effective supplier base / best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment / review of supplier performance.
∎ Monitoring the RM consumption trend.
∎ Prepare the Yearly, Monthly, and weekly RM and indent status report.
∎ Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials and other day-to-day requirements by identifying and selecting potential suppliers, soliciting, negotiating bids and awarding contracts.
∎ Perform at sight L/C, deferred L/C, UPAS LC and T/T sending formalities and all kinds of banking functions and documentation regarding import.
∎ Ensure fund availability for L/C opening margin and documents retirement with the bank, documents endorsement related work with bank.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for individual file, strong liaison with the bank, C&F agent, freight forwarder, local transport agent; strong follow-up of shipment at the port to factory end.
∎ Liaison with Govt. office, Rules and regulatory authority with different inter department for smooth procurement process.
∎ The procurement target has to achieve as per company policy every month.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Must have experience working in group of companies related to Construction, FMCG (Food & Beverage), Mobile Accessories, Pharma, Baby Care Products etc.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling more demanding and globally renowned new innovated items.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent and effective communication skill.
∎ Excellent analytical and decision-making ability.
∎ Excellent ability of working under extreme pressure.
∎ Strong skill on supply chain module in ERP
Salary: Negotiable
