Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely renewal of all licenses and permits to avoid operational disruption.
∎ Must have hands-on experience in the renewal and approval process of various licenses and certificates from relevant government authorities, such as: (Fire License, Environment License, Trade License, Acid License, Boiler, Factory License)
∎ Familiarize, understand and apply best practice with regards to the Department such as Plant Protection Wing (PPW), BSTI, Fire service and civil defense office, Environment ministry Office, trade mark registration office, Energy commission for standard relations to operating procedures and service level agreements for new arrivals.
∎ Supervise overall store operations: receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
∎ Maintain proper records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spares.
∎ Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
∎ Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation, and audits.
∎ Monitor material shelf life, expiry, and damages, and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and fire regulations.
∎ Relationship management with the ability to work collaboration with internal and external teams.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
