Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and follow-through that the Plans are in place to assess the learning and development needs for Apex Footwear Ltd. at all levels in the context of the business requirements.
∎ Execute Learning and Development methods comprising of contemporary and blending learning approaches as appropriate for the customers.
∎ Monitor, Measure and Articulate the impact of learning and knowledge on business results (i.e. transfer of learning, transformation after a training ).
∎ Execute Learning Needs Identification process to ensure all new learning initiatives and programs are focused on delivering knowledge & skills to deliver business strategy (Growth, Productivity, Responsibility and Winning Organization)
∎ Ensure the right quality of service delivery to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
