Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in RMG industry.
∎ Knowledge of operation bulletin, line layout, SMV and manpower allocation in all sewing, cutting & finishing.
∎ Knowledge of optimizing operation methods for cost-saving in sewing, cutting & finishing.
∎ Knowledge of GSD to operate software, especially GSD practitioner/license holder.
∎ Knowledge of lean tools & implementation experience in lean manufacturing.
∎ Knowledge to work on new projects as assigned & suggesting advanced methods in garments manufacturing.
∎ Candidate should have experience in RMG industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design & develop system solutions based on engineering principles.
∎ Support design decisions with analysis and calculations, as required.
∎ Participate in peer-to-peer design reviews and provide critical feedback to colleagues.
∎ Prepare operation bulletin from tech pack/sample/image.
∎ Identify and manage vendors during the fabrication and build process.
∎ Develop PFMEA's for machines and solutions to minimize project risks.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to the technician team to insure proper machine assembly and functionality.
∎ Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
∎ Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed.
∎ Interpret client requirements, identify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.
∎ Develop project requirements/specifications from sales concepts and customer requests.
∎ Present and review system design to customer representatives.
