∎ Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
∎ Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
∎ Support organizational development initiatives
∎ Handle training and performance management programs
∎ Manage Compensation and Benefits structure
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
∎ Support HR operations and employee relations
∎ Maintain employee database and ensure HR policy compliance
∎ Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and employee engagement
