Experience:
* Plan human resources requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers
* Conduct recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
* Review & update job descriptions (JD) for all positions regularly
* Manage Compensation & Benefits administer payroll, leave, and attendance to ensure smooth disbursement of salary, Overtime, Bonus etc.
* Monitor probationary reviews, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
* Maintain ERP and HRIS Software as well as ensure compliance of personnel files.
* Communicate and explain the organization`s HR policies to the employees
* Prepare and submit all relevant HR Reports/ letters/ documents as per the requirement of management
* Handle all employee relations issues, disciplinary procedures, investigation etc.
* Grievances & Dispute settlements according to labor law 2006, Company rules & compliance guidelines.
* To develop, implement and maintain an organization`s compliance standard as per local law and retailer code of conduct (COC)
* To conduct internal audit in the light of Labor Law, & other national & international legal instruments and prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports
*Look after Employee welfare, health, hygiene and security and safety issues
