Employee Engagements, HR Operations, Policy Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Audit in HR Operational process, prepare the report, and suggest necessary changes to meet the compliances.
∎ Periodically observe the existing policies and suggest necessary amendments based on requirements.
∎ Conduct employee engagement program for achieving organizational goals.
∎ Design and develop employee development programme as per organizational needs.
∎ Develop Training module and conduct training as per need.
∎ Support organization regarding day-to-day HR operational issues .
∎ work on the Employee promotion assessment process.
∎ Conduct competency mapping, analyze data and take necessary steps to minimize the competency gap for critical positions.
∎ Work on employee benefits administration process.
∎ Update all job descriptions annually or when there is a change in the job.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Salary: Negotiable
