Brief Job Description:

• Assist in the overall HR administration.

• Support recruitment & selection, onboarding, and performance tracking.

• Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and compliance records.

• Collaborate with business partners to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Work closely with the sales team to handle HR-related activities such as incentive management, performance monitoring, and target communication.

• Assist in organizing training programs, meetings, and internal communications.

• Handle employee engagement, grievance, and disciplinary processes professionally.

• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management.
