∎ Masters in Business would get extra advantage
∎ PGDHRM from BIM would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR Operations, Training & Development, Training need analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
∎ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
∎ Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
∎ Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
∎ Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
∎ Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning
∎ Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs by conducting TNA
∎ Prepare training calendar and conduct training according to TNA
∎ Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
∎ Follow up to ensure that the training objectives are met
∎ Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs
∎ Provide feedback to program participants and the management
∎ Maintain employee training records
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
