  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.

  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.

  • Administering Compensation and Company Programs.

  • Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.

  • Assure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies. Designing and implementing employee development programs and initiative.

  • Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

  • Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.

  • To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.

  • To arrange different Training Program.

  • Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.

  • Managing various event organization and source-required logistics.

  • To hire and process the new vehicle as per company need and have to manage the current vehicle as well.

  • Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
