Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.
To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
Administering Compensation and Company Programs.
Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
Assure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies. Designing and implementing employee development programs and initiative.
Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.
To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
To arrange different Training Program.
Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
Managing various event organization and source-required logistics.
To hire and process the new vehicle as per company need and have to manage the current vehicle as well.
Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
Weekly 1 day off and will get all govt. holiday.
