• কাঠমিস্ত্রির টুলস, যন্ত্রপাতি ও উপকরণ ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।

• টেকনিক্যাল ড্রইং/পরিমাপ বুঝে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।

• শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ এবং ভারী আসবাবপত্র বহনে সক্ষম।

• প্রয়োজনে অতিরিক্ত সময় কাজ করার মানসিকতা।

Responsibilities & Context:

• হোস্টেলের আসবাবপত্র, দরজা-জানালা ও কাঠের অন্যান্য জিনিস তৈরি, ইনস্টল ও মেরামত।

• নিয়মিত পরিদর্শন করে প্রয়োজনীয় রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা।

• সঠিক মাপ অনুযায়ী কাঠ কাটা, জোড়া লাগানো ও ফিনিশিং করা।

• মেইনটেন্যান্স টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সময়মতো কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।

• ব্যবহৃত যন্ত্রপাতি ও সরঞ্জাম সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ।

• সেফটি ও মান বজায় রেখে কাজ সম্পাদন।
