Job Context:
∎ Kazi & Kazi Tea Estate (KKTE) is the first internationally certified organic tea garden of Bangladesh located in the very northern region- Panchagarh. The garden was founded with the goal of improving lives in this particular remote and neglected region through organic farming utilizing local resources. In an effort to keep the soil as pristine & natural as we found it, we have since used natural, neem based biopesticides & cow dung as fertilizers. We are internationally certified by renowned certification bodies like Lacon, Rainforest Alliance & Fair Trade. ∎ To support & smooth growth of HR practices, Kazi & Kazi Tea is searching for an energetic, pro-active & qualified Assistant Manager, HR who has experience to work in overall HR & Operation of organization. Those who are experienced and have enough skill are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
∎ Responsible for Administration, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Final settlement, Confirmation etc.
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct (COC).
∎ Organizing KPI procedure & assess the performance of employees.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Require to maintain Leave Management, performance appraisal, reduce absenteeism and enhance employee's peace of mind.
∎ Draft office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Motivate employees and bridging employees and management relationship.
∎ Handle employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
∎ Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same.
∎ Manage employee's grievances and solve on priority basis.
∎ Must have fair knowledge on standard HR practices in tea garden operations.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 to 07 years of proven work experience as same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment, Payroll, Disciplinary issue handling, Compliance, Employee separation, etc.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office, very good in Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
