Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the factory HR, Administration and Compliance functions.
∎ Handle total recruitment process as required by management.
∎ Prepare monthly worker evaluation report and present it to management.
∎ Ensure job satisfaction and good working environment.
∎ Check and control attendance, OT hours and leave record.
∎ Prepare salary sheet and disburse to worker as required.
∎ Monitor, review and implement policies.
∎ Lead and monitor security and transport department.
∎ Daily floor visit and monitor worker's performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
