Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for all departments.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Resolve conflicts professionally and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and workplace discipline.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and confidentiality.

Performance Management

  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating staff.
  • Identify underperformance and create improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Assess training needs across the company.
  • Organize internal and external training programs.
  • Create employee development and career growth plans.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure accuracy of salary structures and deductions.

Workplace Management

  • Oversee employee health, safety, and well-being programs.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and documentation.
  • Handle employee exit processes including resignations and terminations.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Support leadership with workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR data (turnover, productivity, hiring metrics).
  • Recommend improvements to boost employee performance and retention.
