- MBA/BBA in Human Resources or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- PGD in HRM is preferred.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic center.
- Previous experience with hospital administration or in a fast-paced diagnostic center is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
- Knowledge of hospital or healthcare-related compliance regulations and labor laws.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager - HR & Admin will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative and HR operations of “Apon Diagnostic Center”. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, training, and providing support for the smooth functioning of administrative operations within the diagnostic center. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads for hiring decisions.
- Maintain a database of resumes, keeping track of job openings and candidate progress.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and introductions to organizational policies, culture, and teams.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, grievances, and other HR concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues or conflicts through mediation and counseling.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of performance appraisals for staff across departments.
- Support the Head of HR in setting up training and development programs based on performance feedback.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee compensation, bonuses, and deductions.
- Coordinate benefits administration (health insurance, leave management, etc.), including resolving discrepancies and clarifying employee queries.
- Administration & Operations:
- Office Management:
- Manage the daily administrative operations of the diagnostic center, including office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Ensure the hospital complies with safety regulations and policies.
- Records Management:
- ·Maintain confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
- Ensure that employees’ personal files are up to date and accurately stored both physically and digitally.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the office staff concerning business trips and conferences.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure that the diagnostic center is compliant with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Assist with internal audits and HR-related reports for senior management.
- Health & Safety:
- Collaborate with the organization’s health and safety officer to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene, health protocols, and workplace safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Cross-Department Support:
- Act as a liaison between HR, administration, and other diagnostic centers’ departments to streamline communication and operations.
- Foster teamwork and ensure HR policies are being implemented consistently across all departments.
