Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics across geography.
∎ Collaborative Working: Ability to work in a matrix organization with international teams. Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies.
∎ Partnership with business leaders on their workforce plans and hiring strategies. Implement & design hiring workflow as per business requirements for manpower Planning.
∎ Responsible for End-to-End recruitment from searching/sourcing & screening resumes to shortlisting candidates, coordinating & conducting interviews. Build a candidate tracker to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
∎ Ability to navigate remote hiring and ensure teamwork in achieving the company goal.
∎ Ability to assess training needs and coordinate with training institutes locally and internationally. Organizing training sessions internally/externally.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance across geographies.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout the organization. Make sure that the company can provide the necessary IT infrastructure to employees' homes and abroad for remote work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/HRD shall be given preference.
∎ Communication: Native / Business fluent. Must be an empathetic listener and logical, conclusive solution provider.
∎ Achievement Orientation: Positive attitude and passion to make a difference Client-centric attitude.
∎ Team Player: You must be someone who actively contributes to the group in order to complete tasks, meet goals or manage projects and actively participate in team engagements.

∎ Agility: Ability to navigate through ambiguity and appreciate diversity. Willingness to stretch and take additional responsibility.
∎ Business acumen: Clear understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and customer models with strong mathematical/analytical skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Ability to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues that impacts the productivity of the team.
∎ Ability to architect strategy and relevant execution along with leadership skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices across the key target market.
∎ Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HR tools (e.g.SAP) and other HR tools to help in analyzing and providing speedy HR solutions.
∎ MS Office proficiency is mandatory.
∎ Additional HR tools knowledge and certification will be beneficial.
