Experience:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable HR & Admin who can organize our internal departments, build proper systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the company. This role is for someone who takes ownership, brings structure, and makes things work.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and improve HR and administrative systems
Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee records
Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow
Develop and implement office policies, SOPs, and internal rules
Establish and monitor daily reporting and follow-up systems
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and accountability across teams
Provide regular updates and reports to management
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR & Admin (3–7 years preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Highly organized and system-oriented mindset
Clear communication and decision-making ability
Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibility
Good command of both English and Bangla
