Responsibilities & Context: - Supervise day-to-day office operations, ensuring cleanliness and overall functionality of office premises.
- Oversee facility management, including space planning, renovation, security, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all administrative operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage Administrative logistics related to employee support including visiting card, ID cards, and all others required information for team members.
- To Coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
- Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR process and practices in the organization as per management’s directions to meet the needs of the growing organizations.
- To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- To monitor that all HR related data, reports, formats, statement & registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company’s HR policies and procedures.
- To maintain the employee’s personal file with all related papers as updated.
- Ensure standard operation of human resource department.
