Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
∎ Skills Required: IT System Management, Networking, Switching & Routing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Communicating with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone calls to help set up systems or resolve issues
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
∎ Supporting the roll-out of new applications
∎ Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
∎ Testing and evaluating new technology
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
∎ PC Assembling, Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
∎ Maintaining and upgrading account related software
∎ Set-up and maintenance of wireless & wire LAN, wireless router & switch
∎ Should have knowledge in all sorts of VIRUS removing techniques
∎ Knowledge in Network printer troubleshooting
∎ Monitor network / Provide timely reports of Network Performance and Failures
∎ Maintaining and upgrading of the existing database
∎ Dissemination of data management to the users
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office
∎ Good communication skill, able to approach and speak to clients in friendly manner
∎ Able to plan to complete assigned task and keep time well
∎ Able to work and report under tight deadlines and handle pressure
∎ Good understanding of basic IT developments
∎ Preferred area of experience: IT enabled industry
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
