Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying new market segments for expansion and obtaining the most up-to-date market data in order to set sales goals.
∎ Developing a comprehensive sales plan & forecasts to identify & produce a steady pipeline of prospects.
∎ Manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
∎ Manage sales campaigns for top technological prospects, as well as day-to-day campaign management, with an emphasis on opportunity qualifying, win strategy definition/implementation, proposal development, oral presentations, and contract negotiation support.
∎ Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
∎ Lead a team of salespeople who sell technical products, systems, and services, as well as educate teams about products, competitors, and prospects.
∎ Nurturing relationship with key customers & partnering with cross functional teams to utilize customer insights & market intelligence to contribute to the product roadmap.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to go into customers’ locations and identify technical challenges.
∎ Ability to provide solution-based selling to customers.
∎ Work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and coworkers.
∎ Knowledge on preparing tenders shall be an added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & delivering presentation.
