Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all team members have their tasks assigned.
∎ Work with the venues associated teams for program schedule and details.
∎ Collect weekly and monthly goals from all departments.
∎ Check weekly and monthly goals hit/fail status and take necessary steps (if needed).
∎ Check if there is an overdue task and make them accountable for it.
∎ Check and ensure that the project checklists and quality guidelines have been followed.
