As our Social Media Manager, we are looking for some one who will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across digital and print media. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to visually represent our brand and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily office operations and ensure office procedures are followed

• Oversee administrative staff and assign duties as needed.

• Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement

• Design eye-catching visuals for digital platforms (social media, email, web banners, etc.) and print materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)

• Create brand-consistent assets that follow existing brand guidelines

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual concepts and campaigns

• Prepare files for production, printing, and web publishing

• Assist with the creation of visual content for presentations and internal communication

• Maintain a consistent look and feel across all creative work

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
